MC-II pulse bag filter is a new type of high efficiency pulse bag filter based on MC-I.The improved MC-II pulse bag filter retains the advantages of MC-I type, such as high purification efficiency, large gas handling capacity, stable performance, easy operation, long service life of filter bag and small maintenance workload. The structure and the pulse valve are improved to solve the problems of open-air placement and low compressed air pressure. Applicable to machinery, metallurgy, rubber, flour, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, carbon, building materials, mining and other units.
Usty gas enters the filter bag chamber through the air inlet or the open flange opening. Dusty gas filters through the filter bag to purify gas and enters the purification chamber. Then it is discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the purification chamber. Dust accumulates on the outside surface of the filter bag and increases continuously, which makes the resistance of the bag filter increase continuously. In order to make the resistance of the equipment not exceed 1200Pa and ensure the dust collector to continue working, it is necessary to remove the dust on the filter bag regularly. Dust removal is a pulse valve which is started by pulse controller in order to make compressed air (0.5-0.7 MPa) eject from the nozzle hole (called primary air) through the dust removal skeleton Venturi tube to induce air around the primary air (called secondary air) to enter the filter bag and rapidly expand in an instant, accompanied by the reverse effect of the air flow to shake off the dust.
